Exchange Policy
Our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange. You can contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier.
Zarnoor allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of item will be allowed if:
- The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of product delivery
- Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or incorrect
Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition.
- Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
- The articles customised according to size, style, and color are not eligible for exchange
Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
